Session Dates
The ECA Elite Diploma is delivered across 13 live sessions across 5 months. These sessions are a combination of coach training, coach practice, ICF coaching competency knowledge and much more! Every session your ICF Trainer will support you to become the very best coach you can be and make remarkable change happen in your life. Throughout the course we hold your hand every step of the way as you complete 5 overviews of recorded coaching with detailed feedback from your ICF trainer.
Every part of the program is designed to support your emotional needs, resilience and create new possibilities if you wish to pivot out of the classroom. AND…to maximise impact. Yes there will also be heaps of FUN!

It’s NOT for you if…

Joining the ECA Elite Diploma Collective will require that you spend at least 6 hours each month on live coaching sessions, practicing your new skills and discovering new opportunities. There are 730 hours in a month, the course is flexible and can fit around your schedule.

We will be meeting twice per month for live sessions on Thursdays at 18:30 - 20:30 GMT each week for the 5-month program. Each of these sessions will be recorded and uploaded on our community hub for re-watching. Our private Community Hub is available 24/7 for easy access to all program resources and tools.

We will run our next cohort of the ECA Elite Diploma later in the year. However joining this cohort will mean that you can start implementing your coaching skills at the start of the coming academic year.

The ECA Elite Diploma is £1995 paid in full or £495 on a five month payment plan. There are No Refunds. Due to the nature of the Program you cannot receive a refund for the Program or any component event regardless of whether you attend the events or not. All payments are due to be paid, regardless of participation in the program.

Powerful bi-monthly live coaching sessions & exercises delivered live by the ECA team These calls take place twice per month on Thursday at 18:30 - 20:30 GMT from June to October

A curated PRIVATE ECA Community group that houses recordings, training and space to share in an organised and easy-to-follow format.

All ECA Elite Diploma participants will be offered an accountability partner, AI Coach and weekly bonus resources to support them on their journey. YOU won’t believe who will be in your corner to make this an incredible investment for you both personally and professionally.
