The Educators Coaching Academy (ECA) presents the ECA Elite Training to support and empower educators in nurturing a robust mental health coaching environment. Designed specifically for school leaders, teachers, and anyone working with young people, this program aims to inspire them to confidently champion a mental health coaching culture in their institutions. The training comprises a comprehensive 67-hour curriculum, split between online self-study materials and interactive live Zoom classes. Scheduled in English, the next cohort kicks off this November and spans a duration of five months. The program structure is as follows:

About the course

  • Live Classes: 13 sessions in total, including ten 2-hour evening calls from 18:30-20:30 and three 3-hour calls on Saturdays from 09:00-12:00.

  • Mentoring Hours: A mix of group (6 hours) and individual sessions (4 hours).

  • Overviews: 5 in total, which includes one verbal and four written feedback sessions.

  • Performance Evaluation: One session to gauge the progress.

  • Peer-to-peer coaching: 12 sessions, evenly divided with participants taking roles as both coach and coachee.

  • Self Study: An additional 17 hours of resources for an in-depth understanding.
